Our contracts always put our students and homestay hosts first. We'll facilitate the contract signing between student and host once the booking is made.
Flexible & simple booking
We offer a 7-day paid trial week. If you aren't satisfied with your homestay, we'll help you move out within the first week. Homestay fees will be prorated based on the length of stay.

Payment
Upon booking your homestay tours with one of our agents, you can tour as many homestays in 90 days before booking. Homestay tour fee is non-refundable.
Schedule your tours
You will receive the email and phone number of the homestay host so that you can schedule your tour with them whenever you'd like. Due to COVID-19 measures, all homestay tours are to be done virtually.

Feel free to ask the host any questions about your home away from home and your upcoming life in Montreal. Chat with the video conference platform you're most comfortable with.
Reserve on the spot
If you like the host and their home, feel free to book and reserve. You'll get $400 (the cost for the tours) off your booking after completing the process.
Custodianship
According to the Canadian Government, parents or legal guardians must prove that their minor child will have the care and support they need during their stay in Canada. Minor children under the age of 17 must either:
- come with their parent or legal guardian or
- have a custodian in Canada who will assume responsibility overseas
A custodian is a responsible adult, who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, who will take care of and support the minor child. A custodian is optional for minors 17 years of age and older, but an officer can request one on a case-by-case basis.

Full Custodianship
This tier is designed for parents who wish to have a custodian fully monitor their sons' and daughters' overseas living and studying arrangements. The custodian will monitor their academic progress as well as provide effective support in matters of everyday living in Montreal.
